Supplies:
Tube of choice - a close works well.
Note: Please make sure the artist allows color/blend manipulation. Most do, but there are a few who do not!!!!

Let's Begin:
Open a new image 600 x 250
Choose a medium color for your foreground and a dark color for the background. These can be any color you wish, but they have to be of the same color. They do not have to be from the tube as the blend will be changing that.
Set your foreground to gradient:
Fill canvas with gradient
Apply Eye Candy 4000 - weave:
Color choice - your dark shade
Rename layer - Weave
Add a new layer - apply custom selection:
Fill with gradient.
Apply AP Lines - Silverlining:
Deselect.
NOTE: If you want your dots a different color than white - select your color - write down the R-G-B numbers and change them in AP Lines
Rename this layer Dotty
Duplicate dotty
On duplicate layer - effects - geometric - circle
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - set to 20
Rename layer Blur
Staying on Blur - select all - float - defloat
Add a new layer
Copy and paste your tube into selection - deselect
Activate Blur layer - resize 110%
Duplicate a few times if needed
Activate your tube layer - change blend mode to Luminance(L)
I also added Xero Porcelain to my tube - default settings - optional
Copy and paste DecoBDE
Activate Target brush - Colorize with either foreground or background color.
Add a new layer - fill with one of your color choices
Select all - contract by 3 - delete - deselect
Adjust - Noise -
Add watermark and license information and name.
Merge and save !!!!
