One each white layer - select all - float - defloat - add a new layer and fill with one of your colors - deselect - add Gaussian Noise - 80%.

On layers 3 & 4 - select all - float - defloat - add a new layer - fill with color choice.

Minimize template for now.

Open a new image - 100 x 100.  Acitvate custom selection tool.  Settings to:

Fill with other color choice - deselect.

Add another layer - use these settings:

Add one last layer - use these settings:

Deselect - and lower the opacity of this square to 50%.

Whew - that's all done - now merge visible - Do NOT flatten, as you will be making an adjustment later.
This is what you should have:

On your material properties - change the Foreground to the pattern you just made - scale at 100%.

Open your template. Activate the grey rectangle background layer.  Select all - float - defloat - add a new layer - fill with your pattern.  Deselect.

I chose to add a close up of my tube and lowered the opacity to around 70% - this is optional.

Open your 100 x 100 square image and click the undo button, until you have all 4 layers.  Activate the layer that you lowered the opacity - and change it to 100%.  Now merge visible again.

On your materials palette - find your pattern again and activate it.

On your template - activate the Oval grey layer - select all - float - defloat - add a new layer - fill with pattern.  Deselect.

Delete all original template layers.

Add your tube and drop shadow of choice.

For text - I changed the pattern size to 50%.

Add copyright and license information and save!!!

Here is another alternative:

For this I used the preset shape of hearts to compliment the hearts on the card:

First I made solid squares

and then alternated the heart colors:

Hope you enjoyed and have fun !!!
