*~Go Ask Alice~*

Supplies:

Tube of Choice - I am using the wonderful art by Sachiko Mili Art

Scrap Kit of Choice - I used the awesome matching kit - Dreams In Wonderland by Happy Pumpkin Studio

Both available at Digital Art Heaven

Font:  Alice in Wonderland - HERE

Filters:

VM Extravaganza - Radial Transmission

Let's Begin:

Open a new image 700 x 700 - don't worry we will resize later!!

Copy and paste Frame 10 onto your canvas

With your magic wand - click inside the frame and expand by 10

If your tube came with the complete artwork you can use that - if not - you can use a background from a scrap kit or your tube and make a wallpaper using Mura Copies - which ever you choose - copy

Add a new layer and paste into selection - DO NOT DESELECT

Add another layer - copy your tube and paste into selection.  If this distorts the tube too much - then just paste as usual are resize to your preference.

Move both layers below the frame - keep the tube layer above the background

Activate the background layer

VM Extravaganza - Radial Transmission

Duplicate layer 3 times for a total of 4

Label them RT1, RT2, RT3, RT4 - with RT1 being the bottom of the group

On RT2 - Gaussian blur - 2.0.  - resize 110%

On RT3 - resize 110% - then resize 110% again

On RT4 - apply gaussian blur, same as above.  Resize 110% - then resize 110% again - and resize 110% on more time

Resize your canvas now - I chose 550 x 550 - all layers checked

Then resize each layer by 80%

Copy and paste Element 1 - send to bottom - resize 75%

Activate your frame layer - add your elements - here is what I chose the the amount resized:
#8 - 25% - rotate right 28
#63 - 50%
#74 - 35%
#18 - 40% - mirror
#19 - 50% - duplicate - mirror - position - remove excess stem on both layers
#78 - 30% - mirror

Add drop shadow of choice

Add copyright and license information and name

Animation:

Close off RT4, RT3, RT2

Copy merged and paste as a new animation in A/S

In PSP - close RT1 and open RT2

Copy merged and paste after current frame in A/S

Repeat the above step with RT3 and RT4

In A/S - select all - change frame properties to 40

Run and save!!!

Note:  This tut was inspired by JustFi - I did use the VM Radial Transmission (tut -HERE) - but the settings are different and nothing else from her tut was used.
